Instructions
Step 1: Boil the meat or fish with salt, onions, and spices. Once cooked, strain the stock and set it aside. This will be the liquid base of your cubes.
Step 2: Blend fresh onions, garlic, and peppers until smooth. If you prefer a dry mix, skip this step and focus on dried herbs and spices.
Step 3: Combine thyme, curry powder, ginger powder, onion powder, and any other spices you like. Add a bit of ground crayfish for an authentic Nigerian touch.
