My online shopping experience went well and communication was superb. But when I got my order of 10 pack of minimie chin-chin and the 5 Jars I was shocked they were expiring in 2-3 weeks. I Lodged a complaint about the order and was sent $23 gift with a notation that the reason they sent the sale items was because they were expiring soon. The gift card is an insult given that the total cost of the soon to expire items was $84.85
Please check expiration date of all Drinks in the store. They sell expired drinks and I will make a point of duty to report to the state.
This is not my first time ordering. I am not one who gives public reviews on services however on this order I just have to give all representatives their flowers, from ordering to delivery it was awesome. Thank you for making life easier for some of us who might not be able to make it out shopping for some reason or another. God bless you all .
My Sasun have save me gas and standing in line. This is my 2 time shopping with my Sasun and I love every single minute. I don’t have to go through headaches anymore. I’ve always had excellent in-store service at My Sasun, but my recent delivery experience has been horrible. I placed and paid for an order of wings in-store on 10/11/2024, with the promise of delivery on 10/14/2024 (Monday). By 2 PM on Monday, I still hadn’t received my order, nor did I receive any courtesy call about the delay.
I had to call My Sasun myself and was initially given the runaround. Eventually, I spoke with someone who told me the wings were frozen and couldn’t be delivered. Although this didn’t make sense to me, I accepted it and was promised that my order would be prioritized and delivered on Wednesday, 10/16/2024.
Today, it’s past noon, and I still haven’t received my order. I called again and spoke with Vivian, who was supposed to call me back but didn’t. I had to follow up a second time and spoke with Dolapo, who told me that they deliver in batches and can’t pull my order out to deliver it first—even though I was assured my order would be a priority due to the Monday delay.
This is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to deliver my order on time, but they also didn’t have the courtesy to notify me of the delay, and then went back on their word about prioritizing my delivery. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received from My Sasun, and it has left a very bad impression.

Great service, fast shipping and very reasonable prices. But the Cameroon pepper I bought from you doesn’t smell like the normal Cameroon pepper (I don’t like the smell, it smells like grinded herbs), and it isn’t so hot as it should be.

Love the fast shipping and delivery. This is my first time buying from Mysasun and I can say that I am really happy with my order and the time they took in packing it. Glass items were bubble wrapped as not to break, and a fragile sticker was also placed on it. My other ordered didn’t come yet but I’m convinced I will be happy just as I was with the order that showed up yesterday. My only concern was the ewedu I bought. I paid for 17.5OZ but they shipped 10OZ to me instead.
