The worst experience i have ever had to experience in my life. I placed an order for 5 lbs goatmeat, peanut and aboniki. Mind you I called them before placing this order to make sure it was possible to get goatmeat shipped in one piece. They told me yes, and they shipped it out. Even though the UPS damaged the orders and never delivered it, cos they requested it back from UPS. Thinking after waiting over 7 days and never recieved my orders because it was damaged, you will think after going through that, that they will expedite my replacement order as they have recieved the damaged order back from ups. They didnt, I had to message them days after, that I was willing to pay to expedite it but they told me not to worry that it will be done by them. I waited for days and still nothing, sent them a message to know why it still hasn't shipped and I was told it will be. Waited again and this was already going 2 weeks with no updates from them. One thing is that they do not know how to communicate at all, they will not update u on what's going on at all. After telling them to refund my money over 2 weeks later, they then created a ups label for 3 days straight with no movement and when I sent them a message, they told me ups hasn't updated their drop off yet,thats why the label is still showing nothing. 4 days after creating the label and still nothing I requested for my refund ,which us where the problem started. They refused to refund me my money ,unless ups refunds them the shipping fee and damaged fee. Whatever I did nor say didnt matter because they were not going to refund me until they hear back from ups and immediately i requested my refund, the label that was created for my replacement order was immediately canceled, which means the label was creat we d for days and was nevwr dropped off at the UPS office, this left a bad taste in my mouth. They never refunded me, until UPS sorted them out, which took days before I was refunded and even after being refunded,my money wasn't complete at all. They do not care about their customers at all. Refunds wasn't complete and it took over 3 weeks for everything to be sorted. Very bad experience with this company. Never Again.

Ordered Mackerel fish amongst other things. It didn't get delivered on the same day with the other goods (Thursday).
