Ordered Mackerel fish amongst other things. It didn't get delivered on the same day with the other goods (Thursday). I got a call that it will be delivered the following day (Friday), and I specifically said not to because I will be traveling, and to make the delivery on Monday. We'll, it still got delivered on Friday, just sitting outside by my front door. So embarrassing, cause I believe it will be stinky and a waste already.

Please check expiration date of all Drinks in the store. They sell expired drinks and I will make a point of duty to report to the state.

Iβve always had excellent in-store service at My Sasun, but my recent delivery experience has been horrible. I placed and paid for an order of wings in-store on 10/11/2024, with the promise of delivery on 10/14/2024 (Monday). By 2 PM on Monday, I still hadnβt received my order, nor did I receive any courtesy call about the delay.
I had to call My Sasun myself and was initially given the runaround. Eventually, I spoke with someone who told me the wings were frozen and couldnβt be delivered. Although this didnβt make sense to me, I accepted it and was promised that my order would be prioritized and delivered on Wednesday, 10/16/2024.
Today, itβs past noon, and I still havenβt received my order. I called again and spoke with Vivian, who was supposed to call me back but didnβt. I had to follow up a second time and spoke with Dolapo, who told me that they deliver in batches and canβt pull my order out to deliver it firstβeven though I was assured my order would be a priority due to the Monday delay.
This is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to deliver my order on time, but they also didnβt have the courtesy to notify me of the delay, and then went back on their word about prioritizing my delivery. This is the worst customer service Iβve ever received from My Sasun, and it has left a very bad impression.
