Shipping Details, Terms, and Conditions
Call us at 1 (855) 699-8417 to determine if shipping is available to your destination and to place your order.
- Our food is shipped frozen in insulated packaging, typically within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground Shipping.
- Express and overnight shipping are available for an additional charge. We do not recommend shipping methods that take longer than 3 days.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once your package is sent.
- The delivery window is determined by the shipping service used, not by My Sasun African Market. Weather and traffic conditions may cause variations.
- We ship ground packages on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only.
- All packages are shipped with a "Shippers Release," authorising UPS to leave packages at the location without a signature.
- We primarily ship to home addresses but also deliver to apartment and condominium complexes. If you live in such a complex, please check with the manager or leasing office about receiving packages before placing your order. We are not responsible for how packages are handled once they arrive at your stated location.
- We also ship to business addresses but cannot be responsible for how boxes are handled once they arrive at a business location.
Upon Receipt:
- Please put your meals immediately in the freezer or refrigerator to maintain the high quality of the food.
- If you are concerned about the condition of your meals upon arrival, contact us immediately with photo or video proof to justify your claims.
- Our food will generally keep well in this packaging for up to 72 hours under normal conditions. However, avoid leaving it in direct sunlight on your front porch.
- Your items should arrive at a safe temperature for fresh food. Less dense items may experience slight defrosting, but the main requirement is that the food stays below 41 degrees Fahrenheit for food safety. Our packaging will maintain this temperature for up to 72 hours under normal conditions.
Environmental Responsibility:
- We ask that you recycle the cooler by reusing it, returning it to a local UPS store, or putting it in your local recycling system.
Shipping Prices:
- My Sasun shipping prices are subject to change.
- Your shipping price is calculated at checkout, and we will ship in accordance with your selection. We recommend choosing the fastest available shipping to ensure the best experience.
- We are not responsible for frozen items after they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
