Local Delivery
Eligibility
Orders with a delivery address within approximately 60 miles of our DFW and Houston, Texas warehouses qualify for local delivery.
Fees
Local delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the distance of the delivery location.
Delivery Timing
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Availability
Local delivery will be an available option at checkout only if your address is within the designated geographic area.
Shipping – Orders Including Frozen or Fresh Items
Processing Time
All orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the date of the order.
Shipping Schedule
Monday to Wednesday Orders: Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday (before 3:00 PM on Wednesday) will be processed and delivered to our courier partners within one business day.
Wednesday After 3:00 PM to Sunday Orders: Orders placed from Wednesday after 3:00 PM to Sunday will be processed and delivered to our courier partners the following Monday or Tuesday (if it is not a public holiday).
Packaging
Frozen goods are shipped in insulated bags or boxes packed with ice packs to ensure they remain frozen during transit. Insulated shipping boxes keep items cold for up to 76 hours, allowing plenty of time to reach their destinations.
Shipping Schedule for Frozen Items
Monday to Wednesday Orders: Frozen orders or orders that contain frozen items will be shipped within 24 hours if received between Monday and Wednesday.
Thursday to Sunday Orders: Frozen orders or orders that contain frozen items received between Thursday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. This is to protect the quality and freshness of our products, as shipping carriers are closed over the weekends, which could put frozen foods at risk of being held at a shipping facility over the weekend.
Shipping – Orders Including Only Dry Items
Processing Time
All orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the date of the order.
Shipping Schedule for Dry Items
Non-frozen orders received from Monday to Friday will be shipped out the next business day.
Additional Information
Undeliverable Packages or Failed Deliveries
Any package that remains undeliverable by UPS or USPS will be returned to the My Sasun Warehouse. Upon receiving the return, we will authorise a refund for all items ordered, excluding the shipping fee. Customers still interested in receiving their items must place a new order.
