Just a terrible experience with the delivery

My mackreal came rotten I don’t know if it was because of how long the shipping took they take forever to respond back to you everything that came in the box with the rotten mackreal had to be discarded because it just smelt soo bad won’t be ordering from them again and I ordered bout 3-4 times this month orders over 200$ and got no gift box or anything it shows a lot bout this company I’ve been supporting for a long time

Disappointed

I'm giving the crayfish 3 stars because of the nice customer care personnel that called to help me make up my mind to place my order, and for how fast it came. Other than that I would have reduced my rating because of the black things in it, it would be nice if the crayfish is sorted neatly before grinding.
