The yam for the most part was good. There were a few that were spoiled from just touching them and throughout. I called the office and the lady said she would get back to me, which I never heard back. Would I still order again??? Yes but the acknowledgment of my food being spoiled was poor.

Everything was good, only a few had gone bad, but really good yam
It not worth buying a full box of yam. I bought a box in houston and barely a week after most of the yam are bad. I contact them and get a response of a gift card but till today, no gift card was sent. Same to one of my order, I was charge shipping fee but because they could not deliver as promise, I paid Uber to pick up my order and till date no refund on the shipping fee after calling their rep. They stated on the website order after 12noon will not be deliver same day but if you order 11:30am, you will get a call, we are sorry orders will not be deliver. You guys want to operate online business but not ready to be deligent and paying attention to key details. I don't expense to be pursuing shipping fee refund when. It should automatically be refunded to me as you did not deliver this order.

Took me over 2 weeks to get my order in California and when the yams got here, 1/4 were so bad and half quickly changing colour (oxidizing). It was quite painful.
