The packaging is terrible the whole bag spilled in the box and almost half of it was wasted

I received my order of frozen Goat meat, Smoked Turkey drumsticks, wings, Beef shanks, Garri, Elubo, and Onga Maggie, but my disappointment was receiving Ugu, Waterleaf and Bitterleaf "Frozen/Thawed" instead of receiving them fresh as advertised, and confirmed on my chat with a Rep from the store. Also, the size of the Ugu was extremely small.
Nonetheless, I will still patronize the store for their tasty meats.
