Gel Superior Curry Powder

We first sampled this curry seasoning at a local restaurant. We loved it so much we went to an Asian market and purchased three different brands of yellow curry and tried each one in a recipe for dinner over three weeks. They were all so spicy we couldn’t enjoy the flavor. We went back to our local restaurant and ordered the same dish and pleaded with the chef to share the brand of seasoning they used. A quick internet search brought us to Sasun who carried this brand we were looking for in a size appropriate for home use. The flavor is amazing and we can add a little heat to our taste without overpowering the curry flavor. Love the product and Sasun is so easy to work with and they have excellent customer service.
